What can I say? I have never read a McCammon book I didn't love. This is an older one that I started but never read all the way through. It kept me on the edge of my seat. A lot of mysteries to solve, a lot of horror (a little strong for my taste now), great characters, and incredible writing. I'm very glad I read it and look forward to rereading some of my favorite McCammon novels in the near future while I wait for a new one.
