The mark of a really good book is one that you don't want to end.  I just finished Mockingjay, and actually feel a little down—not because of the ending, which I liked, but because I've reached the end.  And not only the end of the book, but the end of the series.  I give this book 5 stars easily.  I liked it as much as the first, and better than the second.  I cannot recommend this trilogy of books highly enough.  Just read them.  Start with The Hunger Games.  You'll thank me.
