I really enjoyed this novel. It's outside the usual genres that I read, but I'm glad I picked it up.  Pocket-47 is about a former rock star turned private investigator named Nicolas Colt, and his latest case, which has connections to his past.  You can read about the storyline HERE. 

It's definitely a page turner and I looked forward to reading it each day. It kept my attention, and also caught me off guard a couple of times with twists in the storyline.  The next book in the series is out and I will be reading it at some point in the near future. 

I only had one bone to pick with the story, but to go into that would create spoilers about the story, and I don't do that here.  4 or 5?  4 or 5?  4 or 5?  I'm going to ignore the one thing I didn't like because otherwise it was very entertaining, and I'm going to give it a reluctant 5 stars. Hopefully, that element I didn't like won't be present in the next book.
