I really liked this book. The first twenty or so pages I was lukewarm, but then got interested and enjoyed the rest. I normally don’t like novels in first person, but this one was good.

I have read a lot of John Grisham, and with the exception of two of his novels, I have liked them all. I actually thought this was the best one in a long time. I do not read them in order…I just pick one based on whether it sounds good or not.

There are several more to read, and ultimately I will read them all. I consider his books to be light reading. I don’t mean that in a bad way, just that if you only read a few pages at a time, or have a few days between reading, the story is not so complex that you lose where you were at.

I highly recommend this book. I really enjoyed it.
