The Providence Rider

THE PROVIDENCE RIDER
Robert McCammon

I've read two GREAT novels back to back.  I said the last novel would most likely be the best that I would read this year...I was wrong.  This novel is the fourth in the excellent Matthew Corbett series, and has been the best.  Not to diminish any of the others, which are all 5 star reads, but there was something about this one that got into my head.  I did not want to stop reading, and when I wasn't reading, I was thinking about the story.

I didn't need any affirmation of the fact, but regardless, this novel AGAIN affirmed that Robert McCammon is the finest fiction writer I have ever read.  The people that have not read his work are truly missing out on an enormous talent.

You can read what The Providence Rider is about HERE.  Do yourself a favor and read Speaks The Nightbird.  Once you have thanked me for recommending it, you can then read the rest of the series:  The Queen of Bedlam, Mister Slaughter, and The Providence Rider.

The problem now is waiting over a year for the next Matthew Corbett novel.
